Refund Policy

Effective date: 22 February 2026

This policy applies to ICFP Core subscriptions purchased by organisations.

1. Commercial model

• ICFP Core is sold as an annual SaaS subscription.
• Fees are billed in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

2. No-refund standard position

• Payments are non-refundable once purchase is completed.
• Subscriptions are purchased on an as-is basis under the applicable terms.
• Partial-period refunds are not provided for non-use or early cessation.
• This policy is subject to any mandatory rights that cannot be excluded by law.

3. Payment processing and records

• Card payments are processed by Stripe as payment processor.
• Stripe manages payment instrument data under its own legal and compliance framework.
• We retain limited billing and subscription metadata needed to administer your service access.

4. Escalations and support

If you need a billing or refund review, contact support@icfp.school with your organisation name, invoice details, and issue summary.

5. Relationship to cancellation and term

• Subscription cancellation and renewal handling is governed by the applicable terms and billing settings.
• A cancellation request does not create an automatic right to a refund.
• Any exception must be agreed explicitly in writing by TSO Education Ltd.
