Consent Policy

This policy explains what the signup consent checkbox means in ICFP Core and how consent records are stored.
1. What you agree to at signup
When you tick the signup consent checkbox, you confirm that your organisation has reviewed and accepts:
- Privacy Policy
- Terms and Conditions
- Refund Policy
- This Consent Policy
This consent is provided on behalf of your organisation for business use of ICFP Core.
2. How consent is recorded
- We store a consent timestamp when account signup is completed.
- We store a consent policy version identifier for audit and compliance purposes.
- For signups from 22 February 2026 onward, the recorded version is
v2.
3. Legal basis and processing context
- Core account and service processing is primarily performed to deliver the service contract with your organisation.
- Related compliance and security processing is performed under legal obligations and legitimate interests.
- This consent record supports transparency, accountability, and contractual evidence.
4. Updates to legal terms and policies
- We may update these legal documents to reflect legal, regulatory, or service changes.
- Updated versions are published on the corresponding legal pages.
- Where required, we may request renewed acceptance of updated terms.
